  Came here on my birth day with 8 people.called in advance to book. The place was nice but kinda lame. Because it dint have like the full wine tasting experience. .Plus the person at the front desk was kind of a dick. Wasint welcoming. I read the reviews before going there and it seemed like it was going to be awesome and great customer service but I did not get that at all. So we did not taste any wine and just ended up going next door to the distillery . and the guy there was so awesome and made sure we had a good time.
  Sorry dont want to sound like a an ass but that was the experience we got
  Hope you have better luck then we did.

  From the moment we walked in the Door we were basically looked up and down. It's sad when you have to say hello before the store associates will say anything.
  We went to various wineries today and this place was by far the biggest rip off. $9 for 5 tastings... and $2.50 thereafter ... common research on the area shows the average price is $5 for 6 tastings. Poor service and expensive costs basically led us to walk right back out the door.
  I would give your 'store associates' a class in customer service...
  Oh and also make your prices comparable.
